We ship all in-stock orders that arrive to us by 1pm EST on the same day. For out-of-stock inventory we will advise you via email of the expected ship and delivery dates. Customers may choose the following shipping types:
For products found to be defective upon receipt or are still under warranty, Temprotect will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Customers wishing to return unused, non-defective items may do so using their own shipping methods and at their own expense.
Temprotect honors manufacturers warranties for defective items and will refund the full purchase amount plus shipping costs for any defective product. Unused, non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
